Whatever you do...that means any kind of work... whether at home or in the work force, whether in ministry or secular, whether paid or unpaid...
work heartily ..that means work hard, apply yourself, give it your all...
as for the Lord...that means as though God himself is your boss, as though he is watching you...
and not for men...that means don't work for the applause of men, don't try to impress, don't compete, don't compare.
